I realised that this was the obvious way to go after an external drive of mine packed up. Also I have been working on a disaster recovery plan for work, and off-site backups, traditionally done by tapes every night, are very crude compared to the now, cost effective online backup solution.
I realised however, that I knew very little about the options out there and started looking around. These pages are my findings and hopefully will help you find the best solution for you. Please note that this is a fast moving field and even today romours abound of Googles entry into this market, although this is yet to be confirmed.

Ones I will be looking at:

- xDrive
